Refund Policy

Pangaea sells one-time purchases — the Commander Pass ($9.99) and the limited Founding General tier ($14.99). There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges, so there is nothing to cancel; you simply own what you bought.

Free trial

The Commander Pass can be started as a 30-day free trial with your card on file. You are not charged during the trial. Cancel anytime before day 30 from your account page and you will never be charged — you keep access until the trial ends. If you don’t cancel, a single $9.99 charge is made at the end of the trial and the Commander Pass is then yours permanently (it does not renew). A charge made at the end of a trial is refundable on the same terms as any other purchase, below.

Requesting a refund

If you’re not happy with your purchase, email support@pangaea.game from the address on your account within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund it, no questions asked. Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

What happens when a refund is granted

When we refund a purchase:

  • the related host access is revoked — you can still join games for free as a guest, but can no longer host;
  • for a Founding General refund, your founder number is released and your handle is removed from the credits, which reopens a founding spot for someone else.

Chargebacks

If a payment is reversed by your bank (a chargeback), the related host access is revoked automatically, the same as a refund.

Exceptions

We may decline a refund where we reasonably believe the request is fraudulent or abusive (for example, repeated buy-then-refund cycles). Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you.
